09-09-2024I started taking them because someone I knew was taking them. Her hair looked full, healthy and shiny. I thought because of her youth, she was abt 24 years old, but she attributed it all to these pills. She had been suffering from massive hair loss and found them. I was desperate because I also was suffering from massive hair loss, but I’m also twice her age. It didn’t matter. They worked. I also started using the Actiiv shampoo which works wonders. Together it’s a no fail combo. I notice my nails become brittle and my hair shedding increases when I don’t take the pills and that only happens when I don’t reorder in time.I only take 1 pill daily, it’s enough plus biotin as well to help give the hair some weightlessness and bounce.

09-09-2024i’ve been using this product for almost 3 months if that equates to finishing up my third box of 60 tablets. I’m going to be totally transparent and not sugarcoat anything. I have seen at least 2 1/2 inches of hair growth since I’ve been using this product, but I must say it hasn’t thickened my hair, and can may be the cause ofhormonal issues ( if this is even the case at my age) lol . I’m essentially tolerant when taking specific vitamins and pills, I haven’t noticed any nausea or bad taste from the pill itself, but it does make sense. If you take it on an empty stomach you’ll definitely feel some nausea discomfort. I’m almost done with my last sleeve of my third box and will definitely be ordering more. TMI, my hair was a bit above my bra line and now it’s significantly past it. I encourage you to give it a try. It never hurts disclaimer it may not work for everyone. Good luck to you!

09-09-2024I waited to post this as I wanted to give it a chance.My dermatologist recommended for my thinning hair.Just recently my hairdresser noticed that my hair appeared to be thicker.I am now noticing it, and losing less hair when I shampoo.Bought my husband some too (the male variety).My friend bought some for her 29 year old daughter.She raves about how effective this product has been on her!I'm going to see the dermatologist in November for her to evaluate.(I'm at 5 months now.)
