11-12-2024I like TheraBreath products in general and have yet to be disappointed. This really does help with plaque removal! It even seems to help with tongue cleaning. Swish as directed. It leaves a weird texture at first but I think that is bacteria trying to escape. I follow with TheraBreath toothpaste and feel like I just saw a hygienist. I have even used it on it's own and was still very satisfied.
