This is an update.The massiveness of the shipping box totally alarmed me because I have a small house.However, the seller's customer service has been very supportive, and has helped me understand the ad's descriptions.The diagram on the ad showing measurements of the seat depth shows 25.20", but that seat section is really 43.70“ deep, not 25.20"; the backrest depth is 18.50", which is the height and the depth of the backrest, it sits on the seat and does not lean back to complete the total length of the bed.It only moves back and forth, but that provides both a backrest and a headboard.I have not opened my order to experience ease of that adjustment.This may be the best 3-in-1 chair offered on Amazon, because it has a very accommodating bed length of 76.77".Just keep in mind that it requires 43.70" x 33.36" floor space instead of 25.20" x 33.36" that I expected.Plus, you need 18.50" more depth space to move the backrest back to create the bed length of 76.77".It is not at all the space saving size that the ad claims: "... ideal for small apartment, living room, and office".Furthermore, the ad's description "About this item" wasmisleading to me because it actually states:"Chair dimensions: 33.46"W×25.20"D×36.61"H." Those are seating dimensions.If a buyer does not catch all these confusing details or fails to ask the seller clarifying dimension questions, the buyer may have to pay return shipping for an unexpectedly huge 96.6lb. chair: SHIPPING CHARGE FROM (slowest) $432.27USDTO (quickest) $1,564.67USD.The purchase price was $389 plus tax; therefore, postage cost to ship this chair would be greater than the cost of the chair.Measure your available space carefully.I hope the seller did not have to pay that amount to deliver this chair to me.I am measuring and re-measuring my available floor spaces, and checking restocking, pickup, and shipping charges for returns through the seller.I will update this review after I open the box, and assemble the chair.This has been and still is a "flat-forehead", "duh", "nail-biting", and "praying-for-guidance" online shopping, learning experience that the seller's customer service has helped me resolve.

We were long overdue for a furniture makeover. Because we live in a small space and frequently have guests, we needed a piece with dual purpose. This chair sofa bed is perfect! It’s comfortable and very easy to set up and maneuver. Only took a few minutes and includes simple directions. Has a large storage area and looks so elegant in our space! Highly recommend!
