11-12-2024I’ve only used it 6 times in the last couple of weeks since I purchased it and I see a visible difference in the puffiness around my eyes and face.Love the eyes mode that’s gentle yet very effective in reducing puffiness.I use it on level 4 to 5 for a few minutes on each eye the night before and my eyes are significantly less puffy in the morning.My face over all feels less puffy, more svelte, and clearer as the days go on.I am looking forward to see how much more my skin can improve over time.

So there’s that.I got my lil machine turned it on put the gel on a didn’t feel a thing so I turned it up higher.I didn’t feel any heat, no nothing so I thought huh how do you know if it’s working?I didn’t feel anything so I wrote to customer service who responded immediately btw! They told me some people feel a little tingling and some heat others don’t feel anything.Well the next night I realized ummmm duhhhhhhhh there is a thin layer of plastic over the head of the device.I removed it and yep turned it on full blast now I fell the heat and a lil tingling.I love it. My skin feels better after 3 days.I’m 62 and have a lot of wrinkles. I know it’s not going to take all my wrinkles away I mean let’s get real. But I love the product and I feel like my night cream goes on really smooth. And my face feels super soft.So far I love it !!!!Very happy and customer service is outstanding !5 stars
