Works well as a battery powered travel sonic toothbrush without the weight of my at home electric rechargeable toothbrush. The first one delivered did not function. Returning for exact replacement was easy and the working replacement arrived in two days. Great customer service.

I bought the Quip in green through Amazon to replace a 10 year old sonicare.I have a permanent retainer and I need an electric brush to keep it clean.It comes ready to go with a battery, brush head and bathroom holder.It runs through a 2 minute program so you spend 30 secs in each quadrant of your mouth.It includes a card to set up brush head replacement on a subscription service.This is very important as many people don't replace their electric toothbrush heads enough.I noticed that my brush was turning off randomly.I went thorough troubleshooting on the site, thinking that I as hitting the power button by accident.I then tried replacing the battery, you can find youtubes on how to open it up and remove the battery.It would also randomly turn off if it was running by itself on a counter.Customer service through quip.com was awesome.My support team person had me send pictures of the brush taken apart at different angles.From there she shipped me a new brush free of charge and advised that I discard the defective one.My new brush came and works perfectly.My best tips for this toothbrush:Keep the domed plastic package it comes in.A relative of mine who uses the same brush used this for travel and it did not get broken.Make sure you get the brush refills through the quip.com site.The included card has steps to do so and this will also help you process a return or replacement if needed.The additional brush heads on amazon are very expensive by comparison.

I love the timed gentle vibrations and that it comes in its own travel case. It has a little tape on the side that lets you hang it on a mirror or keep it on its own stand.Even though you change the battery and the heads every few months mine did stop working. The company replaced it twice and when it happened a third time , over a span of probably 5 years of intermittent use, I bought anotherHappy to get back to it being new and reliable
