11-12-2024I have been using this product since December 2023. I hate using the toilet without it. I only use toilet paper to dry myself off.I'm ordering more for my other bathroom and for travel. I've had no issues with it at all. I do suggest making sure the nozzle is secured into the top before use. You don't want it flying into the toilet after use. Practice before using it. It's simple and you'll thank yourself.
