30-12-2024Was missing pieces (including the SEAT), tried to contact the reseller and was told I must contact the manufacturer (who is also the reseller, but with a different email address, which is ridiculous). After two weeks of back-and-forth and providing them with documentation and photos, instead of simply sending me the missing parts, they instructed me to repack and ship the ENTIRE unit back (which is huge) at MY EXPENSE. What a joke.In regards to the product itself, it’s too short, too fragile, cheaply made and an accident waiting to happen. And, of course, completely non-functional when it arrives with missing parts. DO NOT BUY!!!

30-12-2024This "chair" is VERY sturdy and VERY comfortable. I was initially impressed with the packaging, very discreet and also sturdy. Assembly was incredibly easy...it took about 40 minutes to put it together including unboxing. As far as use, the wife was skeptical at first but was a believer in record time. In the past, any restraint apparatus we tried became uncomfortable for her quite quickly. That was not the case with this chair. She can be strapped in for hours and remain perfectly comfortable allowing me to take my time with her. If you are looking for a great addition to your bdsm collection, look no further. This thing is SOLID and limited only by your imagination! A MYST HAVE!

30-12-2024The product looks like the picture.Overall, it's a great chair, the main seat and back construction is well-built and comfortable with a sturdy pin to easily adjust the back in multiple positions.The leg section however is not well-designed. They're ridged in one position and do not allow the legs to rotate in or out for hip flexibility.You're also not able to adjust the leg length, they move up or down but do not extend. Yes, you can set them further back in the seat but then the person is so far back it limits certain activities.Also, the tiny screws for the leg padding fell out and are now stripped.
