11-12-2024I want to start off by saying I bought this water pik well over a year ago, almost 2 years. I've used it every day since. My husband had bought me a Waterpik® shortly after I got this one, thinking I'd like it more, and I used the waterpik® close to never. A few days ago I charged my H2o floss water pik and the battery stopped working, but the light would still go on, so I figured I'd send a message to the seller asking if there was anything I should or could do to make this work again. I am very obsessive about flossing, water pik and brushing, I really needed a dependable water pik. They replied to me almost instantly and gave me the unfortunate news that the battery had died. And I was not under the 1 year warranty but they presented me with an offer if I'd like to replace it with a new one. I accepted and had a new one 3 days later. I can't tell you how happy this made me, and being a customer service instructor, the way this was handled was so perfect, I will use this case as discussion in my classes.In conclusion, this product is amazing. There are 5 different speeds, it comes with a reservoir for water that holds more than enough water, comes with 5 different attachment picks, a charger brick with cord(charge is good for a week or more) , and a travel case, which is very nice. It travels nicely in my suitcase, I couldn't be happier with the product as well as their stellar customer service. I recommend this item 1000% and they have made me a happy camper/customer. 11-12-2024I purchased this flosser six months ago and was very pleased with the product until it suddenly stopped workingand the battery would no longer accept a charge.It had great force,the chamber was adequate in size, and it was easy to charge using a USB C cord that was provided.I contacted the company and it was replaced immediately under the terms of the warranty. I would highly recommend this product based upon its quality, reasonable price, and outstanding warranty.

11-12-2024Received in May.It is now middle of October and it doesn't work.Has a full charge.I don't know if the little pump died out or what.UPDATE:I contacted the company regarding the warranty on this item.They were very good about replacing the flosser promptly.Good customer service.Love the way it works - wish it hadn't failed - but the company made it right.Changed to 4 stars.
