Couch arrived in 3 pieces at one time came in 1-2 weeks faster the expected. Easy assembly not too heavy! Built under 45 mins! Pretty comfy more of the firm side but not rock hard you still kinda sink in (: better then similar couches at American furniture

I'm a little disappointed the sofa isn't actually reversible. I even asked before I purchased... The back cushions for the main part of the sofa are in a fixed position, so if you put the chaise on the left instead of the right, the cushion with the cup holders that should be in the center is actually on the far right. This means that center console is basically useless (because it's not in the center). The CHAISE is reversible, the sofa part is not. Kind of defeats the purpose of that whole feature. If you want a RIGHT facing sectional, then it's great.Echoing whoever said not all the holes are pre-drilled. That's accurate, and you will need a drill to put the feet on.Very firm out of the box, so we'll see how it wears. It was quite straightforward to put together (other than the fixed cushion issue).Again, if you want all the features, definitely intend to set it up as chaise-right. Hopefully, this help someone since the Q&A did not help me.**Photos are without the other two cushions to show what I mean about the fixed cushion.

Just moved but once I add everything ((curtains and a rug)) it will all come together but I wanted to let people know this is a beautiful couch. Easy to assemble, Nice Color, I also love the storage space for throw blankets or whatever you want. Also 2 side pockets great for remotes or a iPad. It also came a week early ((in 2 boxes)) which was even better.
