I have received this sofa for around 3 weeks and it is really amazing! There are truly no words to describe how happy I am with this cloud sofa! First and foremost, I have to mention that the customer service provided is really top notch because they quickly shipped the screws they had missed. Most importantly, this cloud sofa is really comfortable and my daughter really enjoys sitting and playing on it. At the same time, it is really easy to put together and does not have any issues at all! Love it!

08/24/2024 Update:It’s been quite literally 4 days and it’s already starting to sag on the back cushions and have no support. Not sure if I’ll keep this couch.————————<br />The instructions are awful. You’re just magically expected to know what’s going on. So I’m going to tell you what you have to do. Those long stick screws? You screw them halfway deep into the holes on the back rests. Then, you line up the holes with the seat rests. Notice there are no holes. You are going to have to force it and MAKE holes. It has to puncture for it to work. Then you’ll take your washer and screw it all the way down to seal it in place. It doesn’t matter what side you start with first.The cushions are super heavy and thick. I love them. They bounce up instantly after I get off the couch.This couch is VERY low to the ground. You’ll want 4-6” risers ( 8” for me personally ) — it’s almost impossible to get off the couch otherwise. I’m 5’9” and it’s a struggle. Very comfy to lay on. Looks like a futon at times due to the lack of actual arms.Very soft. Very short. Couch for hobbits you have to impale. Will add high heels. 10/10

This couch exceeded all my expectations! The fabric is incredibly soft, and it feels like sitting on a cloud. The design is sleek and modern, making my living room look even more stylish. Definitely excellent value for money!!!!!
